The charging station's status indicator is flashing red, which means the authentication attempt for charging has failed. This could be due to issues with the RFID tag or user access permissions.

Verify that your RFID tag or charging card is correctly linked to your user profile in the Zaptec app or Portal.
Check in the Zaptec Portal that your user account has the necessary access rights to charge on the specific charging station or installation.
Try using a different RFID tag or charging card if available and registered.
If you are an installer, ensure the user has been granted appropriate access permissions.
