The vehicle is connected to the charging station, and the station might show a green or blue light (indicating communication), but charging does not initiate, or the status indicator is steadily red, indicating a fault.

Check that your user profile has the correct access permissions to charge on this specific charging station through the Zaptec app or Portal.
Ensure the charging cable is fully and correctly inserted into both the charging station and the vehicle.
Verify that the vehicle's settings are configured to begin charging immediately, if applicable.
If the status indicator illuminates solid red, disconnect the charging cable; if it turns green, reconnect. If it turns red again, try a different charging cable or vehicle.
If charging still does not start and the indicator is solid red, check the fuses in the charging station as described in the manual. If problem persists, contact user support.
