What does Purple LED solid mean?

The charging station's status indicator illuminates a solid purple, indicating that its firmware is currently being updated. This is a normal process and may take a few minutes.

• Manual firmware update initiated

   Wait patiently for the firmware update process to complete (typically 2–3 minutes).

   Do not disconnect power to the charging station during the update.
