Verify that your RFID tag or charging card is correctly linked to your user profile in the Zaptec Portal.
Check in the Zaptec Portal that your user profile has been granted access to the specific charging station or installation.
Ensure you are presenting the RFID tag correctly to the RFID zone on the charger.
Try again with a different authenticated charging card or tag if available.
