The Zaptec app can show active error codes for the charging station. A red field will appear in the app when these codes are present, providing details about the detected issue.
Click steps to track your progress.
Log in to the Zaptec app on your smartphone.
Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the app home page.
Select the specific charging station you want to view error codes for.
If a red field is displayed, click on it to see the details of the active error codes.
Follow any specific guidance provided within the app for the displayed error code.
Contact support with the specific error code for further assistance if the app does not provide a clear resolution.
