Purple LED - Firmware updating or not updated during charging

What does Purple LED mean?

The charging station's status indicator shows a continuous purple light, indicating that the firmware is currently updating or that an update was not completed during charging. This is usually a normal process, but can signify an interruption.

• Firmware update in progress on the charging station
• Required firmware update pending
• Interruption occurred during a previous update attempt

   Allow the charging station sufficient time to complete the firmware update process.

   Avoid disconnecting power to the charging station while a firmware update is in progress.

   Check the Zaptec app for any messages regarding update status or completion.
