The charging station's status indicator is off, meaning it may not be receiving power, is not activated, or has an incorrect connection. This can also indicate a product fault or a tripped circuit breaker.

Check the serial protection or circuit breaker in the distribution cabinet for the charging station.
Verify that the charging station has been correctly activated in the Zaptec Portal.
Ensure all power connections to the charging station are secure and correctly wired.
Wait 2-3 minutes after power cycling, as it takes time for the charging station to start up.
If the problem persists after checking these points, contact support.
