Orange light — Waiting for authentication or reserved

What does Orange light mean?

An orange status light means the charging station is waiting for you to authenticate, or it is currently reserved. You need to identify yourself to start a charging session.

• Charger requires user authentication (via app or RFID)
• Charger is reserved by another user or system

   Authenticate using the Zaptec app on your smartphone.

   Tap your registered RFID key or other RFID-enabled device against the charger's RFID reader.

   If the charger is reserved, check your Zaptec app for reservation details.
