The charging station has no power, is unresponsive, or has detected an error that prevents any light from showing.

Verify that the circuit breaker connected to the Zaptec Go charger is in the 'ON' position.
If safe to do so, turn off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
Ensure the main power supply to your home or facility is active and stable.
If no light appears after these steps, contact your authorised installer for investigation.
