E66 — Power relay for heating element faulty

What does E66 mean?

The power relay that supplies power to the heating element is defective. A safety drain cycle is initiated, and the machine stops with the door unlocked.

• A faulty main board or circuit board.
• Electrical current leakage from the heating element or its wiring to ground.
