Error E12 — Difficulties in water fill for drying, indicated by 1 red flash and 2 green flashes on the START/PAUSE LED

What does E12 mean?

The Washing Machine (ENV06 series) is experiencing difficulties filling with water during the drying phase. The first digit, '1', is shown as 1 red flash, and the second digit, '2', as 2 green flashes on the START/PAUSE LED. The cycle will be paused, and the door will remain locked.

• Water tap closed or water pressure too low
• Drain tube improperly positioned, causing siphoning
• Water fill solenoid valve is faulty
• Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch
• Pressure switch faulty
• Wiring faulty
• PCB faulty

   Ensure the water tap supplying the Washing Machine is fully open.

   Verify the drain tube is correctly positioned and not too low, as this can cause continuous draining (siphoning).
