E13 — Water leakage detected

What does E13 mean?

The Washing Machine has detected a water leak, which will pause the current cycle.

• The drain hose might be improperly positioned, causing water to escape.
• Water pressure is too low or inconsistent.
• The water fill solenoid valve may be defective.
• The water circuit on the pressure switch could be leaking or clogged.

   Visually inspect the area around the Washing Machine for any signs of water leakage.

   Check the drain hose to ensure it is securely connected and not damaged, kinked, or improperly positioned.

   Ensure the water inlet hoses are tightly connected to both the tap and the machine.

   Turn the program selector to '0' to reset the appliance. If the leak stops, try restarting the cycle carefully.
