E5A — Inverter heat dissipater overheating

What does E5A mean?

The heat dissipater for the inverter is overheating, possibly due to a defective inverter board, an open NTC on the inverter board, continuous operation, or high ambient temperatures. The cycle stops and the door locks.

   Turn the program selector to '0' or OFF to reset the appliance.

   Unplug the Washing Machine and allow it to cool down completely for at least 30-60 minutes.
