E51 — Motor power triac short-circuited

What does E51 mean?

The power triac for the motor is short-circuited. This will block the wash cycle and keep the door locked.

• A faulty main board or circuit board.
• Electrical current leakage from the motor or its wiring.

   Turn the program selector to '0' or OFF to reset the appliance.

   Unplug the Washing Machine from the power outlet and wait for at least 30 seconds.
