E21 — Difficulties in draining water

What does E21 mean?

The Washing Machine is experiencing problems draining water during or after a cycle, causing the cycle to pause.

• The drain hose is kinked, clogged, or improperly positioned.
• The drain filter is clogged or dirty.
• The drain pump might be faulty.
• A faulty pressure switch or wiring issue.

   Check the drain hose to ensure it is not kinked, blocked, or positioned too high.

   Clean the drain filter, located at the bottom front of the machine, to remove any debris.

   Turn the program selector to '0' to reset the appliance.

   Unplug the machine from the power outlet for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and trying again.
