What does Econ Not Economizing When It Should mean?

This alarm means the economizer damper is not operating within its set parameters, and the outside air damper is open less than its minimum setting while the unit is in occupied mode.

• Economizer minimum position set incorrectly
• Damper position is less than the set minimum
• Faulty economizer module (SE-ECO1001)
• Incorrect voltage to the economizer module

   Check economizer status via SEC pathway: Status > Econ-S=.

   Verify economizer minimum position and low speed fan minimum position settings.

   Compare damper position to minimum position settings.

   Check voltage output from the SE-ECO1001 module.

   If voltage is incorrect, check power supply to the SE-ECO1001 module.

   If power is correct and voltage is low, replace the SE-ECO1001 module.
