What does WiFi ON, App/Smart Grid NO mean?

The WiFi icon is on, indicating a connection to your home WiFi router, but the Whirlpool™ app or Smart Grid functions are not working as expected. The blue Smart Grid icon may be blinking.

• Smart Grid features on the washer/dryer may be OFF.
• Connection to the Whirlpool™ app and Smart Grid service may be unavailable.
• User account has not been properly set up or the washer/dryer has not been registered in an account.

   Check whether either Smart Grid indicator is on continuously; if not, touch CONNECT to turn the Smart Grid feature on.

   Observe if the blue Smart Grid indicator is blinking slowly, which suggests a temporary unavailability of service.

   Refer to the 'Connectivity Guide' in this section or the Whirlpool™ app directly for account setup and washer/dryer registration instructions.

   Verify that the washer/dryer is properly paired with your customer account in the app.

   Verify that your correct e-mail address, mobile number, and notification preferences are set within the app.
