What does Door Won't Unlock mean?

The washer/dryer door remains locked even after a cycle has finished or when the appliance is powered off, preventing you from accessing the drum.

• The washer/dryer system requires a reset.
• The door latch is misaligned, broken, or over-tightened.
• The door lock mechanism is not functioning correctly.
