Whirlpool · Smart All-in-One Washer Dryer
The WiFi icon on the control panel is off, indicating that your washer/dryer is not connected to your home WiFi router. This prevents access to smart features.
Click steps to track your progress.
Touch the POWER button on the washer/dryer and observe indicators; all lights are off when in standby mode.
If never connected, refer to the 'Connectivity Guide' in the manual (pages 5-3 & 5-4) to set up the initial connection.
If previously connected, press the CONNECT button; the WiFi icon should blink while attempting to connect (this may take up to 2 minutes).
Check whether your home WiFi router is on and working correctly with other devices in your home.
Try to place your wireless router closer to the washer/dryer, or consider installing a WiFi range extender to improve signal strength.
