Won’t Power Up - No operation, keypad response, or display

What does No Power mean?

The washer/dryer is completely unresponsive, with no lights on the display or control panel, and no reaction to button presses.

• No power is supplied to the washer/dryer.
• A connection problem exists between the AC plug and the Appliance Control Unit (ACU).
• An internal problem with the Appliance Control Unit (ACU) or Human-Machine Interface (HMI).
