Control panel display not on or no sound

What does No display/No sound mean?

This indicates a complete lack of power or communication to the Human Machine Interface (HMI), which is your control panel. The display will be blank and the appliance will not make any sounds.

• Loose HMI connectors
• Loose ACU connectors
• Power supply issue to HMI or ACU
• Faulty HMI or ACU

   Unplug the washer/dryer from the power outlet.
