"Invalid Keypress" sound - Button pressed with no cycle ready

What does Invalid Keypress mean?

You will hear this sound if you touch the Download & Go button when there isn't a Specialty Cycle or My Cycle ready for selection in the app. The indicator above the button will not be lit.

• Attempting to select a Download & Go cycle when none is available or downloaded from the app

   Open the Whirlpool app on your smartphone or mobile device.

   Browse and select a Specialty Cycle or create a My Cycle.

   Download the chosen cycle to your washer/dryer.

   Ensure the indicator above the Download & Go button is lit before pressing it.
