The Maxxess eFusion system generates an alarm in the Alarm Log Window when a guard tour detects that a guard arrived late at a defined checkpoint. This indicates the patrol schedule for that point was not met.

• Incorrect or unrealistic time intervals defined for the guard tour points.
• Malfunctioning card reader at the tour point failed to register the scan in time.
• Network communication delays affecting reporting from the reader to the SMS server.
