The Maxxess eFusion system generates an alarm in the Alarm Log Window when a guard tour detects that a guard arrived early at a defined checkpoint. This means the patrol reached the point sooner than the expected timeframe.

• Incorrect or unrealistic time intervals defined for the guard tour points.
• Malfunctioning card reader at the tour point that reported the scan too early.
• Network communication delays affecting reporting from the reader to the SMS server.
