There is a fault in the Powerbase or Batteries. The PT cannot be used until the fault is cleared.

    Power on the Segway PT.

  2. 2

    If the icon reappears, confirm both PT Batteries are installed correctly.

  3. 3

    If batteries are installed correctly, remove and reseat both Batteries.

  4. 4

    If the icon still appears, plug in the PT and verify both Battery Charge Indicator lights are green.

  5. 5

    Charge the PT overnight.
