One or more of the outer Balance Indicator lights showing red means the Segway PT is unbalanced. Adjust the position to correct it before riding.

Common Causes

  • Powerbase is tilted
  • Handlebar is not centered

    Adjust the Handlebar to the center position.

    Level the Powerbase.

  4. 4

    If specific outer lights are red, tilt the Powerbase or Handlebar in the opposite direction of the red light.
