If the center Balance Indicator light is red, the Segway PT is not stable and not ready for riding. It needs to be leveled.

  • Uneven surface
  • Incorrectly positioned handlebar or powerbase

    Center the Handlebar and level the Powerbase.

  3. 3

    If outer lights are red, tilt the Powerbase or Handlebar away from the red light direction.

    Wait for the center light to turn green before stepping on.
