The print spooler, which manages print jobs, is encountering an error, causing print jobs to stop or not start. This can be due to system resources, software conflicts, or corrupted files.
Click steps to track your progress.
Free up hard disk space on your computer by deleting unnecessary files.
Open the print queue (spool manager) on your computer, delete all pending print jobs, and then restart your computer.
Shut down all other programs except the current one you are trying to print from.
Completely delete the printer driver from your computer and then reinstall the latest version from the manufacturer's website.
After rebooting, run a virus scan on your computer and check for any damaged operating system files.
Consider adding more RAM to your PC if memory is consistently low during printing.
