Fuser Error — Problem with the fuser unit

What does Fuser Error mean?

An error message indicating a problem with the fuser unit, which is responsible for heating and bonding toner to the paper. This often relates to temperature control or wiring within the fuser.

• Fuser thermostat is open or faulty
• AC wire to the fuser unit is open or disconnected
• Thermistor wire (temperature sensor) is open or disconnected
• Main PBA (Printed Board Assembly) issue

   Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

   Wait several minutes (at least 15-20 minutes) for the fuser to cool down completely.
