NIBE · F1245 Ground Source Heat Pump
When the status lamp is continuously red, a malfunction has occurred that the heat pump cannot resolve on its own. An alarm bell icon will also appear in the information window. You need to identify and reset the specific alarm.
Click steps to track your progress.
Turn the control knob and press the OK button on the display to view the specific alarm type and its meaning.
Follow the instructions provided in the 'info / action' menu on the display to understand how to correct the problem.
Select 'reset alarm' from the display menu. If the status lamp turns green, the problem is resolved.
If the red light persists or the alarm returns, the underlying problem is still present and requires further attention. You can choose to set the heat pump to 'aid mode' temporarily.
If the alarm disappears and then returns, contact your installer for assistance.
