What does High or distracting ventilation mean?

If a NIBE FLM accessory is installed, high or distracting ventilation noise suggests the ventilation system may not be properly adjusted, or the fan speed is set to a forced mode.

• The ventilation system is not properly adjusted.
• Fan speed is set to forced mode.
• An external switch for changing the fan speed is activated.
• Air filter is blocked, causing the fan to work harder.

   Order ventilation adjustment from a qualified technician to ensure proper airflow.

   Go to menu 1.2 and select 'normal' for the fan speed setting.

   Check any external switches that might be overriding the fan speed setting to a forced mode.

   Inspect and clean or replace the air filter if it is blocked, as a dirty filter can cause the fan to run harder.
