Error 4115 – Power supply signal synchronization error

Mitsubishi Electric · PWFY Air Conditioners

What does 4115 mean?

The system cannot determine the power frequency when the power is switched on. This indicates an issue with the power supply or related electrical components, such as wiring, coils, or the noise filter.

Common Causes

  • Power supply error (voltage issues)
  • Noise filter problem
  • Coils (L1 to L3) problem or burnout
  • Faulty wiring between components (e.g., noise filter board and control board)
  • Control board failure

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check the voltage at the power supply terminal block (TB2) to ensure it is within specifications.

  2. 2

Inspect the wiring connections for the coils (L1 to L3) and check for any signs of coil burnout.

  3. 3

Verify the wiring between the power supply terminal block (TB2) and the noise filter board, and between the noise filter board and the control board.

  4. 4

Check fuse F01 on the control board for continuity.

  5. 5

If the problem persists after checking these items and power cycling, the control board may be faulty.
