Washing Machine does not drain or spin

What does No drain or spin mean?

The Washing Machine completes the wash cycle but fails to drain the water or spin the clothes. This can be caused by program settings, blockages, or an enabled Easy Iron option.

• Some programs have a slower final spin to protect fabrics.
• The selected program does not include automatic draining and requires manual activation.
• The Easy iron option is enabled, preventing the final spin.
• The drain hose is bent or blocked.

   Check the program details (page 8) for the expected final spin speed; some programs have a slower spin.

   For programs that require manual draining, press the START/RESET button to initiate the draining process (refer to page 8).

   If the Easy Iron option is enabled, press the START/RESET button to complete the program.

   Inspect the drain hose for any bends or kinks and straighten them (see page 3).

   Remove the drain hose from the standpipe or under-sink trap and check for any blockages, ensuring water can drain freely.
