    Ensure the wash cycle has completely ended and unplug the appliance from the mains power supply for safety.

    Remove the cover panel located on the front of the machine by pressing its center, then pushing downwards on both sides to detach it.

  3. 3

    Loosen the drainage pump cover by turning it anti-clockwise; some residual water leakage is normal.

  4. 4

    Thoroughly clean the inside of the pre-chamber, removing any foreign objects or debris found.

  5. 5

    Screw the pump cover back on tightly, then reattach the front panel, ensuring all hooks slot into place.
