Fronius · Primo GEN24 Inverters
The inverter and battery have switched off because no energy is available from the PV modules or the public grid. Status codes indicating the inactive state of the battery are displayed on the inverter's user interface.
Click steps to track your progress.
Wait for PV energy to become available again (e.g., during daylight hours) if the issue is due to low sunlight.
Verify that the public grid connection is active and stable, checking circuit breakers if necessary.
If the battery was previously shut down, manually start the battery by observing the correct switch-on sequence according to the battery manufacturer's instructions.
Check the battery's charge level to ensure it is not in deep discharge protection and allow it to recharge if needed.
Activate e-mail notifications in Fronius Solar.web to receive alerts about system shutdowns.
