If the coffee comes out too quickly and lacks a rich crema, the grind may be too coarse or the coffee quantity insufficient.

If the coffee is dispensed very slowly, sometimes only in drops, the grinding coarseness or quantity may be set incorrectly.

The machine is heating up and not yet ready to brew coffee. The green One Cup and Two Cup indicator lights will flash until the correct temperature is reached.

After using the steam function, the machine can become too hot to immediately make coffee. The green One Cup and Two Cup lights will flash.

This light indicates that the coffee grounds container is full and needs to be emptied, or it is not correctly inserted after cleaning.

If the machine cannot make coffee and makes excessive noise while the water tank light flashes, it means the steam knob is open.

This light indicates that the water tank is either empty, not inserted correctly, or has accumulated lime scale or dirt.

This light indicates that the coffee bean container is empty and the machine cannot grind beans for coffee.

This light indicates that the ground coffee function was selected, but no ground coffee was added to the funnel, or the funnel itself is blocked.

This light indicates that lime scale has built up in the machine and the descaling procedure needs to be performed soon.

This light indicates a general fault, often related to the infuser or service door. The infuser may be incorrectly inserted, or the service door may not be closed properly.

After cleaning, if the infuser has been left out of the coffee maker, this state indicates it needs to be reinserted correctly.

If all four lights flash alternately and the coffee grinder makes a very noisy, strange sound, it indicates that a small stone or hard object has blocked the coffee grinder.
