What does light 9 flashes mean?

This light indicates a general fault, often related to the infuser or service door. The infuser may be incorrectly inserted, or the service door may not be closed properly.

• Infuser not inserted correctly after cleaning.
• Service door is open or not closed properly.
• Machine just switched on and infuser is not correctly in place.

   Ensure the service door is closed.

   If the service door cannot be closed, check the infuser position.

   Press the infuser where marked 'PUSH' until you hear a click.

   Verify that the two red buttons on the infuser open out correctly.

   Close the service door and press the power button to reset the alarm.
