What does light 9 steady, green lights flash mean?

After cleaning, if the infuser has been left out of the coffee maker, this state indicates it needs to be reinserted correctly.

• Infuser has been removed for cleaning and not reinserted.
• Infuser is not correctly in place, causing the service door to not close properly.

   Ensure the service door is closed.

   Press the 1CUP and 2CUPS buttons together until all four lights turn off.

   Only when all four lights are off, open the service door and insert the infuser.

   Press the infuser where marked 'PUSH' until you hear a click, ensuring it's properly seated.

5. 5

   Check that the two red buttons on the infuser open out correctly before closing the service door.
