The current in the Power Factor Correction Module (PFCM) circuits was unbalanced multiple times, leading to a system lockout for 4 hours. This applies to 4 and 5 ton models.

Cycle power to the system by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and then turning it back on to clear the lockout timer.
Observe if the fault clears and the system resumes normal operation.
If the fault reoccurs, a professional technician should inspect and test the reactors for proper connection and resistance.
If reactors are found to be faulty or disconnected, they will need to be replaced by a qualified technician.
