The Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit in the VFD exceeded its peak current limit multiple times, leading to a system lockout for 4 hours. A power cycle can clear the timer.
Click steps to track your progress.
Cycle power to the system by turning off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds and then turning it back on to clear the lockout timer.
Observe if the fault clears and the system resumes normal operation.
If the fault reoccurs frequently, it suggests a persistent high current problem.
A professional technician should inspect the reactors and other VFD components for damage.
