A solid red light indicates that the Zaptec Go charger has detected an error. This prevents the charger from operating safely and requires attention.

Unplug your electric vehicle from the charging station.
Restart the charging station by turning off its dedicated circuit breaker for at least 30 seconds, then turning it back on.
Wait for the charger's status light to change from red to another color, indicating the error is cleared.
If the red light persists or reappears after restarting, contact Zaptec support or a qualified electrician for assistance.
