The electric vehicle charging session is not initiating. The cause can be identified by observing the charger's status indicator light.

If the status indicator is yellow, check your Zaptec App settings to ensure authorization is enabled, or use your RFID tag to authorize.
If the status indicator is green, log into the Zaptec Portal or Zaptec App and verify that the correct charging current is allocated to the charger.
Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the charger and your vehicle.
Check if your vehicle's charging port or settings are preventing the start of charging.
Restart the charger by cycling its dedicated circuit breaker to reset its state.
