Solid Orange LED - Charger not configured

What does Orange LED solid mean?

A solid orange light indicates that your Zaptec Go charger is powered on but has not yet been configured for use. This is a normal state during initial setup.

• The charger has been powered on but the initial configuration steps have not been completed.
• The setup process via the Zaptec App or the internal switch was not finished.

   Open the Zaptec App on your smartphone and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.

   Follow the 'Install a charging station' or 'Install product' journey in the app, scanning the QR code inside the charger.

   Set the installation details such as circuit breaker size, maximum current, and phase.

   Tap 'Finish' in the app to complete the configuration.

   If app configuration is not possible, use the internal switch for basic setup, noting that this limits some functionalities.
