What does Mower does not charge mean?

The Landroid is not charging when docked in its base. This could be due to a power supply problem or an issue with the charging contacts.

• The charger is not properly connected to a power source.
• The charging strips on the mower are not making good contact with the charging base.
• There is no power to the charging base.
