If the Smart Grid status indicators (Blue or Amber) are completely off, it means the Whirlpool™ app service is momentarily unavailable. The dryer cannot currently communicate its energy demand status.
Click steps to track your progress.
Touch the CONNECT button on the dryer. The BLUE indicator will blink for 2 seconds and then stay OFF, confirming the app service issue.
Wait for a short period and then check the Whirlpool™ app for service availability.
Ensure your home Wi-Fi is working and the dryer is connected once app service resumes.
