If you hear an 'Invalid Keypress' sound when touching the DOWNLOAD & GO button, it indicates that there is no Specialty or My Cycle ready for selection from the Whirlpool™ app. The indicator light above the button will not be lit.

  • The indicator light above Download & Go is not illuminated.
