Diagnostic LED OFF or ON — Main Control malfunction

What does Diagnostic LED OFF or ON mean?

The diagnostic LED on the main control board is either off or solid on. This indicates a malfunction with the control unit. Normally, this LED should be flashing to show the processor is functioning.

   Unplug the washer for 30 seconds and plug it back in to reset the control.
