013 Water not draining — Drain pump issue

What does 013 Failure mean?

During Service Diagnostics, step 013, which turns on the drain pump, shows that water is not draining from the tub. This indicates a problem with the drain pump or a blockage in the drain system.

• Faulty drain pump.
• Clogged drain hose or filter.
