What does 011 Failure mean?

During Service Diagnostics, step 011, which attempts to lock the lid, fails to lock it. The lid must be fully closed for this test to be successful. This indicates a problem with the lid lock mechanism.

• Lid not closed due to interference.
• Lid lock mechanism not functioning correctly.
