This notification alerts you that the flame has gone out in the burn pot during operation, similar to an E3 error but presented as a notification first. The grill is no longer producing heat.
Click steps to track your progress.
Press the dial on the controller to clear the notification.
Check the pellet hopper to ensure it has enough pellets.
Ensure the grill is completely cooled and unplugged from the power source.
Clean the burn pot of any ash or debris.
Plug in the grill and attempt to restart it.
