E19 — Flame Out Notification

What does E19 mean?

This notification alerts you that the flame has gone out in the burn pot during operation, similar to an E3 error but presented as a notification first. The grill is no longer producing heat.

Common Causes

  • Pellet supply issue (empty hopper, auger jam).
  • Poor pellet quality.
  • Fan malfunction.
  • Burn pot full of ash.
